SonicNote is a voice note-taking application that provides:

• Voice recording and playback
• AI-powered transcription
• AI-powered summarization
• Local note storage

3. Subscription and Payments

• SonicNote offers both free and premium subscription tiers
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent any features
• Not use the service to process content that violates others' rights

5. Intellectual Property

The SonicNote app, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your notes and content remain your property.
